Key Responsibilities:
Tender and Budget Management

Review and validate tenders with the Project Manager/Director after the project is awarded.

Assist in developing the cost control structure by analyzing tender documents and requirements
Financial Planning and Monitoring

Prepare cash flow forecasts based on project billing and cost schedules.

Compile monthly reports aligned with company standards.
On-Site Coordination

Conduct accurate site measurements with Construction and Planning Teams.

Monitor procurement activities through regular updates.
Contract and Claims Management

Conduct accurate site measurements with Construction and Planning Teams.

Cost and Budget Control

Submit claims and notices promptly in line with contract terms.

Draft pre- and post-contract correspondence in consultation with senior leaders.
Payment Management

Assess material purchases for scope compliance or budget variations.

Manage client invoicing and track payments.

Oversee subcontractor and supplier payments, ensuring contract compliance.
Collaboration and Reporting

Attend commercial and subcontractor meetings to track progress.

Work with the Financial Department on accurate reporting and issue resolution.

Provide management with updates on commercial and contractual matters.
Risk and Dispute Resolution

Address disputes with clients or subcontractors professionally.

Highlight and mitigate risks to costs, schedules, or contributions.
Key Requirements:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Progress toward chartership (e.g., RICS or equivalent) or a recognized Quantity Surveying certification is advantageous.
- 2–5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying roles, preferably on large-scale projects.
- Familiarity with mechanical systems and exposure to roles with a mechanical focus.
- Experience in data centre projects is a bonus but not mandatory.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in cost-estimating software like CostX, 3D model coordination tools such as Autodesk Navisworks, and MS Excel for reporting; familiarity with ERP systems like SAP and project management tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project is advantageous.
